What we keep, and why.

Your designs

Designs you make in the studio stay in your browser. They are never uploaded to us. There are no accounts and no ads.

The brand and supplier forms

When you send a packaging brief or a supplier profile, we receive what you typed: your name, email, phone if you gave it, your company and the packaging details. We use it only to reply to you and to work with you on packaging. We don't sell it or share it for advertising.

The forms are handled by our hosting provider, Netlify, which stores each submission and emails it to us. Netlify processes this data in the United States.

We keep a submission while we're working with you. To have yours changed or deleted, reply to any email from us and ask.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to see which pages, templates and tools people use. If you choose Accept all, it sets analytics cookies, and Google processes the visit data, including your IP address, on our behalf.

If you decline, or before you choose, no analytics cookies are set. Google still receives a basic, cookieless signal for each page (no identifiers), which it uses to estimate overall visits. We never use advertising cookies. You can change your choice any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

Fonts

The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google sees your IP address when a page loads.
